SMS Poet - Winter 2011 - SUBMITTED TO FESTIVALS
SMS Poet is a short film that explores the differences between perception and reality through a short romantic exchange via SMS at a train station in upstate NY. Stranded due to delayed train service, a young woman is contacted by a mysterious man via SMS as she tries to find a ride back to the city. Over the course of a brief but intense SMS exchange, the young woman decides to miss the last train in order to find out the identity of her secret admirer.
